Mark Palim, Fannie Mae’s Vice President and Deputy Chief Economist, will give an overview of current macroeconomic and housing market conditions, and an outlook over the next two years. This will include discussing the state of the maturing business cycle, and what that entails for mortgage and housing markets, as well as potential public policy changes and how those may affect the length of the expansion.

Join us as he shares his views on the state of the global economy as well as employment and consumption trends and their impact on industry in Georgia. He will discuss, in particular, the implications for residential and commercial real estate in the Atlanta Metro Region.
