Cancellation Policy: To cancel your registration and be eligible for a refund, call the Economic Forecasting Center at 404-413-7260 before 4pm the day before the conference. A stop payment of a check does not constitute a formal cancellation. Registrants who do not attend the conference and have not cancelled one day prior to the conference are liable for the entire registration fee but will be mailed conference materials.
Substitution Policy: If an annual subscriber cannot attend the conference, another person from the same company can substitute in the subscriber's place.

Since January 2004, Colonel Bryant has served Governor Perdue as the Deputy Executive Director of the Georgia Military Affairs Coordinating Committee. He retired in 1999, after thirty years active military service, as the Senior Legal Advisor for Third U.S. Army/ Army Forces Central Command, Fort McPherson, Georgia. From 1969 until 1978, Bryant served in various command and staff positions in airborne and light infantry units. From1978 until 1999, he served in the Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Corps as the Senior Legal Advisor, U.S. Army Special Operations Command, the Senior Legal Advisor, XVIII Airborne Corps and Fort Bragg, the Director, National Security Legal Studies, U.S. Army War College, and the Senior Legal Advisor, U.S. Southern Command. Colonel Bryant has a B.A. in English from Ohio University, a J. D. from the University of Puget Sound School of Law, and is a graduate of the U.S. Army War College, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. |

Mr. Palladi has nearly 30 years of experience with the Georgia Department of Transportation. He began his career as a Civil Engineer in Training and rose to the position of State Urban Design Engineer. He has worked on a wide variety of projects including interchange and intersection designs, bridge replacements, sound barriers, the design and implementation of over 100 lane miles of HOV facilities, SR 400 Extension Tollway and Freedom Parkway. As the Administrator of Planning for the last year and a half, Joe is responsible for ensuring the coordination of statewide planning activities for the Department. This includes identifying transportation needs for the State and coordinating planning activities with the Metropolitan Planning Organizations. Mr. Palladi graduated from Georgia Tech with a BS in Civil Engineering. |

Robert Kennedy assumed the position of director of Marketing, Public Relations and Intergovernmental Affairs for Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport in January 2002. In this role, he is responsible for the development of new products and services, new passenger and air cargo routes, promotions, governmental relations, and Airport communications. Prior to his return to Hartsfield-Jackson, Mr. Kennedy served as President of Kennedy & Associates - Aviation and Air Cargo Consulting, LLC, based in Atlanta, Georgia. He founded Kennedy & Associates to provide aviation-related industries with in-depth analysis and planning for route development, cargo master planning and air service development. Prior to establishing his consulting firm, Mr. Kennedy was the route development manager at Hartsfield-Jackson, where he developed and implemented global marketing programs. |
