Cancellation Policy: To cancel your registration and be eligible for a refund, call the Economic Forecasting Center at 404-413-7260 before 4pm the day before the conference. A stop payment of a check does not constitute a formal cancellation. Registrants who do not attend the conference and have not cancelled one day prior to the conference are liable for the entire registration fee but will be mailed conference materials.
Substitution Policy: If an annual subscriber cannot attend the conference, another person from the same company can substitute in the subscriber's place.

Joe Leonard is chairman and chief executive officer of AirTran Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiary, AirTran Airways, Inc. He joined AirTran Airways in January 1999. A 39-year veteran of the commercial air transport industry, Leonard served as president and CEO of AlliedSignal Inc.'s aerospace marketing, sales & service organization for six years before joining Airtran. Prior to joining AlliedSignal, Leonard held a wide range of executive positions, including chief operating officer for Eastern Air Lines and management positions at American Airlines, Northwest Airlines and the Boeing Company. Leonard is a native of Augusta, Ga., and received his bachelor's in aerospace engineering from Auburn University in Auburn, Ala. He received 2006 Tony Jannus Award and the 2004 Aviation Week & Space Technology Laureate Award. |
Erwan Quintin Senior Economist and Policy Advisor Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas |
Quintin joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas in September 2000. His research interests include growth and development economics, financial economics and macroeconomics, with an emphasis on Latin American issues. Quintin has taught economics at the University of Texas at Austin, the University of Minnesota and the St. Thomas Graduate School of Business. He also served as visiting scholar to the European Central Bank's research department, where he studied financial convergence in the euro area. He holds an M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University and a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Minnesota. |

Esmael Adibi, director of the A. Gary Anderson Center for Economic Research and Anderson Chair of Economic Analysis at Chapman University, received his doctorate degree in Economics from Claremont Graduate University. He joined the Chapman faculty in 1978, and was appointed director of the A. Gary Anderson Center for Economic Research in 1985. His research interests include macroeconomics, financial markets, and regional economics. Dr. Adibi has co-authored two textbooks, Econometric Analysis - An Applications Approach, and The Practice of Econometrics with EViews. His articles have been published in newspapers including The Los Angeles Times, and the Orange County Register, as well as professional journals such as International Advances in Economic Research, the Journal of Private Enterprise, and the Quarterly Journal of Business and Economics. |
