Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration and be eligible for a refund, call the Economic Forecasting Center at 404-413-7260 before 4pm the day before the conference. A stop payment of a check does not constitute a formal cancellation. Registrants who do not attend the conference and have not cancelled one day prior to the conference are liable for the entire registration fee but will be mailed conference materials.
Substitution Policy
If an annual subscriber cannot attend the conference, another person from the same company can substitute in the subscriber's place.

Esmael Adibi, director of the A. Gary Anderson Center for Economic Research and Anderson Chair of Economic Analysis at Chapman University, received his doctorate degree in Economics from Claremont Graduate University. His research interests include macroeconomics, financial markets, and regional economics. Dr. Adibi has co-authored two textbooks, Econometric Analysis - An Applications Approach, and The Practice of Econometrics with EViews. His articles have been published in newspapers including The Los Angeles Times, and the Orange County Register, as well as professional journals such as International Advances in Economic Research, the Journal of Private Enterprise, and the Quarterly Journal of Business and Economics. Dr. Adibi is past president of the Association for University Business and Economic Research. He is a member of the NABE Outlook Survey Panel and Western Blue Chip Economic Forecast Panel. He serves on the board of directors of SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union, and is a member of California Controller's Council of Economic Advisors. |

Gainesville native, Frank K. Norton, Jr. joined his family's business, The Norton Agency, in 1986 as manager of both Commercial and Residential Real Estate Divisions. He was promoted to President of the holding company in 1997 and today manages a network of 49 associated businesses and managed assets in excess of $180 million dollars. Well recognized for his excellent marketing skills and keen business intuition, Frank has presented, for the past 22 years, an economic forecast outlining growth and business trends for the Northeast Georgia region. The report, based on a wealth of data collected by The Norton Agency's Native Intelligence™ Division, is a resource that guides many area companies and organizations in making their business decisions. His clients include The Atlanta Falcons, Hall County School System, Northeast Georgia Medical Center, The Longstreet Clinic and 43 regional and national banks. Frank is also partner in Southern Capital Funds, a private group of closed end funds geared toward long-term raw land and developed lot investments in north Georgia. Professionally, Frank holds Broker's licenses in the states of Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, South Carolina and North Carolina. He is a member of the Georgia Association of Realtors and the Council of Commercial Investment Managers. He is also on the Board of Directors of First Multiple Listing Service and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Besides his obvious commitment to the business of Real Estate, Frank is also involved with a number of community organizations. He is an assistant Scout Master to Boy Scout Troop 16, acting as the Eagle Scout Advisor, having achieved the Eagle Scout level at the age of 13 and the designation of Boy Scout of the Year for the State of Georgia at 15. He regularly donates his "birds", whimsical drawings he has hanging in 13 Southeastern galleries, to charitable groups for their fundraising. He graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, College of Architecture and became, at 25, the youngest manager in the history of Coldwell Banker Richard Ellis Commercial Real Estate. Frank and his wife of 26 years, Nancy, have two daughters, Teddie, 25, and Emilie, 18, and a son, Tripp, 22. |
Greg Beadles Chief Financial Officer Atlanta Falcons Football Club |
2010 marks the 16th season with the Falcons organization for Greg Beadles. Beadles responsibilities have grown over the years beyond overseeing all financial operations of the club to include the facilities, travel and logistics departments. He serves as one of the team's primary liaisons with the NFL League Office and the Georgia Dome. The recent stadium renovation projects were completed under his watchful eye.He also serves as President of Atlanta Falcons Physical Therapy Centers, a growing business he helped to launch in 2007 that now includes eight rehabilitation clinics around the metro Atlanta area open to the general public. Greg's career in the NFL started with the Falcons in 1995 as an intern in the finance department. He later served as Controller of the Falcon Inn & Conference Center until 1998. Beadles then held the position of Senior Accountant with the club until being promoted to Director of Finance for the 2000–2001 seasons. Owner & CEO Arthur Blank promoted him to Vice President — Finance shortly after purchasing the Falcons in 2002 and he added the CFO title after the 2003 season. The son of a coach, Beadles grew up drawing Xs and Os, traveling on road trips and making recruiting visits with his father, who has been a head coach in the college basketball ranks for nearly 40 years. Beadles played a number of sports in his youth, including a freshman year of small college basketball before transferring to Louisiana State University to focus on a career in business. The 42-year-old holds a CPA license from the state of Georgia. His experience in the business world began with a public accounting firm in Baton Rouge, Louisiana followed by work as an international staff accountant with Offshore Pipelines, Inc. in Houston, Texas. |
