Cancellation Policy: To cancel your registration and be eligible for a refund, call the Economic Forecasting Center at 404-413-7260 before 4pm the day before the conference. A stop payment of a check does not constitute a formal cancellation. Registrants who do not attend the conference and have not cancelled one day prior to the conference are liable for the entire registration fee but will be mailed conference materials.
Substitution Policy: If an annual subscriber cannot attend the conference, another person from the same company can substitute in the subscriber's place.

Before starting Abovo, Karen held executive marketing positions at KPMG, First Data Corporation's Health Systems Group, and Gerber Alley. She has served on 12 boards for trade associations, private corporations and not-for-profit organizations, including CEO High Tech Council, Moore Financial Services and the Ovarian Cancer Institute. |

Brian has over 13 years of experience in advising the owners of closely held businesses on various financial matters. During his career he has completed dozens of transactions with total purchase price in the hundreds of millions of dollars. Brian has appeared both as a speaker and been published nationally for his work in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions. He has been a financial planner for Cigna Financial Advisors and a commercial lending officer for First Union National Bank. Brian received a BS in Finance from Florida State University. |

As Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Piedmont Healthcare, a 600-bed hospital system in Atlanta, Georgia, Ms. Molden is responsible guiding the system in setting strategic direction evaluating new business opportunities. She is responsible for system marketing and public relations, planning and business development, and ambulatory services. She came to Piedmont Healthcare in December 2002 with a 20-year background in planning and marketing, physician and new program development. Prior to joining Piedmont, she served as Senior Vice President at Olympic Health Management in Bellingham, Washington and as Vice President of Planning and Marketing at Saint Joseph's Health System in Atlanta, Georgia. Ms. Molden received a BA from Miami University of Ohio and an MBA from Kennesaw University in Georgia. |
