Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration and be eligible for a refund, call the Economic Forecasting Center at 404-413before the conference. A stop payment of a check does not constitute a formal cancellation. Registrants who do not attend the conference and have not cancelled the conference are liable for the entire registration fee but will be mailed conference materials.
Substitution Policy
If an annual subscriber cannot attend the conference, another person from the same company can substitute in the subscriber's place.

Mr. Creech was a co-founder of the Southface Energy Institute, a private nonprofit organization providing education, technical assistance and research in energy, sustainable technologies, and applied building sciences. He has served as Executive Director for over . Before founding Southface, Mr. Creech did research at the Georgia Tech Engineering Experiment Station and was Deputy Director of Atlanta 2000, a nonprofit regional planning organization. Mr. Creech is a nationally recognized leader in the energy and sustainable development fields. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, has been an Adjunct Professor in Environmental Studies at Emory University and was namedthe Year by the Georgia Environmental Council. |

Dr. Welke is Director of the Center for Process Innovation, professor and previous chair of the Computer Information Systems department at the Robinson College of Business, Georgia State University and Cor Wit research professor at Technical University Delft in The Netherlands. He has been working the field of information and communication technology since 1961. He has owned, managed and sold and consulting companies and has also been interim CIO at both Law Group and H.J. Russell and Company. Dr. Welke co-founded the Global eManagement EMBA consortium at Georgia State University, a collaboration among the top business schools in Europe, Iceland and Mexico. His research has been published in over , refereed journals and conference proceedings. |

Spurgeon Richardson has been president and CEO of the Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau (ACVB) since Julythan experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining the ACVB, he was president and general manager of . He began his 25-year career at the amusement park in the marketing department, serving most of those years as President and General Manager. Richardson currently serves as chairman of the Vinnings Club, is a Board member of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, Central Atlanta Progress, Midtown Alliance and of the Atlanta Rotary Club. He also serves in the Georgia Hospitality Travel Association's Hall of Fame. A native of Edison, Ga., Richardson received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia. |
